Future on naval warfare

As i have mentioned on several occasions, Im a big fan of the Information Dissemination blog. As someone who hopes to one day be apart of our nations Maritime forces (again.) Because of this I have scoured the internet for naval blogs and forums and i have come to value Galrahn's opinion immensely, I belive he has a good grasp on direction and strategy that we must include into our future maritime plan.
